Does an estimate cost anything?
No. We come out, measure, look at access and grade, and give you a written scope and price for free.
Do you tear out the old concrete?
Yes. Demolition, haul-away and subgrade prep are part of a replacement job, and they are written into the estimate so you can see what the prep costs.
How long before I can use it?
It depends on the pour and the weather, so we give you the walk-on and drive-on times for your specific slab before we leave the site. Concrete keeps gaining strength well after it looks finished.
Will it crack?
All concrete moves. The job of the contractor is to control where it moves, with proper base, reinforcement, thickness and control joints cut in the right places. That is what prep and layout are for.
Can you match or extend existing concrete?
Often, yes, and we will be honest about it. New concrete next to old will rarely be an invisible match in color, so we will talk through options like a border, a banded joint or a stamped section that makes the transition deliberate.
